We also will not under any circumstances ship to: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, South America or any African countries.
 
The shipping amount charged to your order when you complete your order on this website is not necessarily what you will actually be charged. This is because the secure site which manages our shopping cart cannot be set up to  correspond with the fees our courier company (Fastway Couriers) charge us. Fastway charge us based on the volume and weight of the parcel but the site is set up to charge a set price per number of items purchased. All very confusing we know so here is a more accurate table of the charges you will be charged within New Zealand. International Orders are worked out per order by weight and destination country.
North Island Rate
Small parcel up to shoebox size and max 2kg $6.00
Larger parcel up to banana box size and max 10kg $11.50
Excess weight charge per each extra 5kg $5.70 additional to above
Rural Delivery surcharge $5.00 additional to above
South Island Rate
Small parcel up to shoebox size and max 2kg $8.80
Larger parcel up to banana box size and max 10kg $18.50
Excess weight charge per each extra 5kg $7.90 additional to above
Rural Delivery surcharge $5.00 additional to above
If you are at all concerned, please email us, phone us or use the message space on the website order form before you place your order and we can give you a firm price for the freight on the order. Rest assured that we will only charge you the correct price no matter what the shopping cart tells you. For example, if you bought 12 jars of tamiya paint the shipping charge on the website would work that out to be $33.90! This of course is a ridiculous price but we cant find a way to set the shopping cart up any more accurately. 
Some customers have told us they are worried that when they enter their order on the website, their credit cards will automatically be charged with the total showing on the shopping cart. But in actual fact the shopping cart simply posts the order to our computer. Your order is then printed out and processed manually. We  charge your credit card with the final total after we have adjusted the freight to the actual costs (for example we would have only charged you $6 for the 12 jars of paint as they would easily fit in a shoebox).
Please don't think that your order is all processed by a computer in a far off land - once we get the order it is all done by real human beings (except the ones that get done by Ross of course!).

 
International Shipping Information
All international orders have their freight charges worked out at the time of ordering. We parcel up your items and then weigh & measure the parcel. You can check the prices approximately if you have a guess at the weight by going to the following link:

Again, you are welcome to contact us first for a price but it will only be an estimate.
